Dismantle your cloud and remove the cloud software from all computers. Alternatives to uninstalling your cloud include changing the properties of your cloud or reinitializing the cloud.
If necessary, back up and extract all tenant databases from the cloud.
You must have the Administrator privilege.
Disable high availability.
On the cloud Overview panel, click Configure high availability.
Select one of the options that turns off high availability and converts one of the cloud partners back to a regular cloud server.
For each host except the host running the cloud partner:
Stop all cloud servers. On the Servers panel, select all cloud servers for the host, and then click Stop.
Delete the host. On the Hosts panel, select the host, and then click Delete.
On the host running the remaining cloud partner:
Stop all cloud servers, except the cloud partner. On the Servers panel, select all cloud servers for the host, and then click Stop.
Delete all cloud servers, except the cloud partner. On the Servers panel, select all cloud servers for the host, and then click Delete.
Uninstall all versions of the cloud software not being used. On the Cloud Software panel, in the Installed Cloud Software table, select the unused versions and click Uninstall.
On the Overview panel of the cloud, click Stop the cloud.
On Windows, uninstall the cloud software by using the Control Panel.
On Linux, run the uninstall script. For example:
This script stops the agent, deletes the agent, and removes all the files from /opt/saondemand100.
