Database attributes

Database attributes describe tenant databases managed by the cloud.

Attribute name Description
object_id

A unique ID identifying the object within the cloud.

object_type

The object type.

The following values are supported:

  • Object   All cloud objects.

  • AgentAction   An agent action.

  • Backup   A backup.

  • Cloud   The cloud.

  • Database   A database.

  • DatabaseCopy   A copy of a database.

  • DataType   Internal use only.

  • Event   An event.

  • EventType   An event type.

  • Filter   A filter.

  • Host   A host.

  • MaintenancePlan   A maintenance plan.

  • Rule   A rule.

  • Schedule   A schedule.

  • Server   A cloud server.

  • StagingDirectory   A staging directory.

  • Tag   A tag.

  • Task   A task.

  • TaskDefinition   A task definition.

  • User   A cloud user.

  • InstallImage   Internal use only.

  • BackupCopy   A copy of a backup.

  • MaintPlanExecution   An execution of a maintenance plan.

  • MaintPlanExecutionDetail   A database backup from a maintenance plan.

object_uri

The relative URI to this object.

unique_id

A GUID that uniquely identifies the object across all clouds.

object_status

The object status.

The following values are supported:

  • VALID   The object has not been deleted.

  • DISABLED   The object is in the process of being created or deleted.

  • DELETED   The object has been deleted. The information about the object is retained for historical purposes for a period of time.

object_name

The object name.

creation_time

The time (with timezone) when the object was created.

last_log_modified_time

The time (with timezone) when the object was last modified.

resource_uri

A relative URI to the feed containing objects of this type.

modifying_task

The ID of the task currently modifying the object, or NULL.

title

The title of the object. For object types with a name, this is the same as the object_name attributes. For other types such as Event, Backup, and Task, the title attribute is set to a human-readable string generated to be short (one line).

summary

A description of the object. For object types that support a user-edited description, this is the user-edited description. For other types such as Event, Backup and Task, this is a longer descriptive string (one or more paragraphs).

running_status

The current status of the object.

The following values are supported:

  • stopped   Not running.

  • starting   In the process of being started.

  • running   Running and responding to requests.

  • stopping   In the process of being stopped.

  • disconnected   Inaccessible, but expected to be running.

  • dropping   In the process of being dropped.

  • dropped   Dropped.

  • waiting_for_uid_pwd   Waiting for the correct user ID and/or password.

  • stopped_unconditionally   Stopped when the parent object was stopped unconditionally.

  • failed   Not running (failed).

  • unresponsive   Running but not responding to requests.

run_mode

The expected status of the object.

The following values are supported:

  • stop   The object should not be running.

  • run   The object should be running and accepting requests.

  • maintenance   The object is being maintained.

start_time

The time when the object's running_status is set to "running".

max_active_event_severity

The highest severity level among all active events on this object.

The following values are supported:

  • Critical   The event is an error that may affect the proper functioning of the cloud.

  • Error   The event is an error associated with a task or single object.

  • Warning   The event is an unusual or anomalous condition that may cause future errors. (For example, when the free disk space on a host is low, a warning event is recorded.)

  • Info   The event is normal, and recorded for information only.

  • Debug   Internal use only.

arbiter_server_id

The identifier of the cloud server acting as an arbiter for the tenant database (or NULL).

db_filename

The file name for the .db file.

db_log_filename

The file name for the .log file.

last_backup_time

The time that the database was last backed up.

page_size

The page size of the database. The database can only run on a cloud server with a page size at least this large.

maintenance_plan_id

The identifier of the maintenance plan for the database.

db_version

The version of the database, i.e. the minimum version of server that can run this database.

autostart

A value indicating if autostart is enabled for this database or not. 1 means the database will be autostarted during a connection if it is not already running, 0 means the database will not be autostarted.

autostop_wait_time

The approximate time in minutes after the last client connection to an autostarted database before the database will be autostopped. -1 means the database will never be autostopped.

autostarted_time

The time the database was autostarted, as a UTC time stamp. NULL means the database was not autostarted and will not be autostopped, regardless of the autostop_wait_time value.

next_backup_time

The next time that the database will be backed up by its maintenance plan.

maintenance_plan_name

The name of the maintenance plan for the database.

arbiter_server_name

The name of the cloud server acting as an arbiter for the tenant database (or NULL).
