How do I find out where my database and backup copies are stored if my cloud is stopped?

Every night, a topology file is generated that shows the location of every cloud server, database copy, and backup in the cloud.

It also shows you the relationship between database copies and between backup copies.

The topology file is located on every host in the cloud in the C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\SQL Anywhere OnDemand 1.0\topology directory. Open the file in your browser to view the topology of the cloud.

Viewing the topology file can help you recover databases on a host that has become unavailable as the topology file shows the location of the database's backups or its mirror database, if the database was running as part of a mirroring system. The database's backup or mirror can then be used to recover the database.

Create a new version of the topology file after making extensive changes in your cloud, such as adding a large number of databases to your cloud.
