RemoveTag task

Removes a tag from a list of objects.

Syntax 1 (SQL)
CALL DBCloud.RemoveTag ( tag=tag, target_object_list=target_object_list )
Syntax 2 (Cloud Command utility)
dbcloudcmd run RemoveTag tag target_object_list
Parameters
  • tag

    The tag to remove. Accepts a search query that identifies one tag, for example a tag name or ID. (Required)

  • target_object_list

    A list of objects to remove the tag from. Accepts a search query that identifies cloud objects. The search query can be a list of object names or IDs separated by semicolons (;), or a full search. (Required)

Remarks

This task does not drop the tag or the object from the cloud.

Example

Run the following task to remove the tag mytag from the database mydatabase:

dbcloudcmd run RemoveTag tag=mytag target_object_list=mydatabase

Run the following task to remove the tag smalldbserver from all cloud servers that have no database that is smaller than ten megabytes in size:

dbcloudcmd run RemoveTag smalldbserver "(type:Server and not (database_copy:(file_size < 10000000)))"
