You can mark an alert as resolved after the issue that triggered the alert has been addressed.
You must be a Monitor administrator or operator.
Context and remarks
Resolving an alert causes the Monitor to change the alert Status to Resolved By user-name, but leaves the alert in the alert list. To remove the alert from the list, you must delete it.
Log in to the Monitor.
In the Alert List widget, click an alert in the list and click Mark Resolved to resolve the selected alert.
