Before version 9.0, dbmlsync reloaded schema information from the database before each synchronization. The information that
was reloaded includes foreign key relationships, publication definitions, extended options stored in the database, and information
about database settings. Loading this information is time-consuming and often the information does not change between synchronizations.
Starting with version 9.0, by default dbmlsync loads schema information only at startup. Specify -sc if you want the information
to be loaded before every synchronization.
