Accessibility Enablement option

SQL Anywhere 10 includes an optionally-installable accessibility enablement module. This component provides the Sun Access Bridge module, which is loaded whenever you use Sybase Central or Interactive SQL. Third-party software such as screen readers make use of this module to provide access to software features.
