Connector property sheet: General tab


The General tab of the Connector property sheet has the following components:

Name    Shows the name of the connector. This is the value of the ianywhere.connector.address property. See QAnywhere message addresses.

Type    Shows the type of the connector. See:

Startup type    Choose a startup type from the dropdown list. The default is automatic.

Dead outgoing message address    Shows the address that a message is sent to when it cannot be processed. This sets the ianywhere.connector.outgoing.deadMessageAddress property.

State    Shows the current state, if known. Click one of the following to change the state:

Logging level    Move the slider from top (high) to bottom (low) to set the error logging level. This sets the ianywhere.connector.logLevel property.

Compression level    Click Enable compression and move the slider from left (low) to right (high) to set the level of compression. This sets the ianywhere.connector.compressionLevel property.
