Error code –10211
Error constant DOWNLOAD_DATA_TRANS_ERROR
Parameter 1 Table name.
Parameter 2 Column index.
Probable cause

Character data originating from the consolidated database needs to be converted to the client character set before being sent to the client. However the MobiLink server was not able to convert the data.
