Unable to start the restartable synchronization

Error code –10255
Error constant UNABLE_TO_RESTART_SYNC
Probable cause

The MobiLink server was unable to start the restartable synchronization requested by the client because the synchronization may already have been completed or the MobiLink server may have been restarted.
