An error occurred reading the remote client's synchronization log

Error code 10033
Error constant ERROR_READING_ERROR_LOG
Probable cause

The MobiLink server was unable to get the remote error log from the client. To avoid this warning, please do not kill the client when it is running and also make sure the network connection is okay.
