Windows XP Firewall is enabled, and the MobiLink server is not in the exception list. Clients on remote machines may not be able to connect to this server

Error code 10073
Error constant XP_FIREWALL_ENABLED
Probable cause

The Windows XP Firewall is enabled and either the MobiLink server is not in the exception list or it is in the exception list but disabled. This configuration will prevent remote clients from connecting to the server.
