Unable to fetch the download timestamp from the consolidated database

Error code 10074
Error constant ODBC_UNABLE_TO_GET_DOWNLOAD_TIMESTAMP
Probable cause

The MobiLink server was unable to get the download timestamp from the consolidated database. Please make sure the database server is running and the network connection is okay.
