MobiLink server has suspended network reads on this synchronization due to a limit on concurrent synchronizations

Error constant PLACED_SYNCHRONIZATION_IN_BACKLOG
Probable cause

The MobiLink server will suspend any new synchronization connections when the maximum number of concurrent synchronizations has been exceeded. This limit is set using the -sm option.
