Unable to get the DTC transaction manager -- system error: '%1'

Error code –10286
Error constant DTC_UNABLE_TO_GET_TRANS_MANAGER
Probable cause

The MobiLink server was not able to get the transaction manager. Please make sure the service of the Distributed Transaction Coordinator (DTC) is running on the local computer.
