Unable to determine current timestamp from consolidated database

Error code 10043
Error constant ODBC_UNABLE_TO_GET_TIMESTAMP
Probable cause

The MobiLink server was not able to get the current timestamp from the consolidated database. Please make sure the database server is running and the network connection is okay.
