返回最近一次下载的时间戳。

语法 
Date getLastDownloadTime( String pub-list )
参数

  • pub-list   以逗号分隔的要检查的发布名列表。

注释

参数 pub-list 必须引用单个发布名。上次下载整个数据库的时间 SYNC_ALL_DB。
