ST_Y method for type ST_Point

Retrieves or modifies the y coordinate value of a point.

ST_Y() method for type ST_Point	Returns the y coordinate of the ST_Point value.
ST_Y(DOUBLE) method for type ST_Point	Returns a copy of the point with the y coordinate set to the specified ycoord value.
