Specify the database to upgrade in the connection string. The -sur option automatically unloads the message store, reloads
it, and upgrades it.
Automatic unload/reload is not supported on Windows Mobile. For Windows Mobile, you must first manually unload and reload
the message store.
The unload/reload is necessary to upgrade message stores between major versions of the product. The unload/reload can be done
manually along with the -su option. For example, if you need to perform custom actions after the reload and before the upgrade,
use the -su option.
This operation exits when the upgrade is complete.
