The QAnywhere API defines ten levels of priority value, with 0 as the lowest priority and 9 as the highest. Clients should
consider priorities 0-4 as gradations of normal priority and priorities 5-9 as gradations of expedited priority.
You can read this header after a message is received and until a rollback or commit occurs; after that you cannot read it.
In the following example, a message is received and the priority of the message is output to the database server messages
declare @msgid varchar(128);
declare @priority integer;
set @msgid = ml_qa_getmessage( 'myaddress' );
set @priority = ml_qa_getpriority( @msgid );
message 'a message with priority ' || @priority || ' has been received';
