ST_M method for type ST_Point

Retrieves or modifies the m coordinate value of a point.

ST_M() method for type ST_Point	Returns the m value of the ST_Point value.
ST_M(DOUBLE) method for type ST_Point	Returns a copy of the point with the m coordinate set to the specified mcoord value.
