Create an XML file with the following contents:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<orders></orders>

Save the XML file.

This tutorial assumes c:\MLobjxml as the working directory for server-side components. Save the XML file as order_comments.xml in this directory.
