当分布式事务协调器不可用时，在分布式事务的恢复过程中使用。在分布式事务协调器不可用的平台上，如果在事务日志中含有分布式事务的情况下启动数据库，也可以使用该选项。
如果使用此选项，则不能正确恢复分布式事务。该选项不用于日常使用。
