部署 Sybase Central 时，无需再为插件创建 JPR 文件 以前，部署 Sybase Central 和 SQL Anywhere 时需要为每个插件创建 JPR 文件。而现在，Sybase Central 可使用环境变量 %SQLANY12% 来查找和注册插件。
