SQL Anywhere JDBC drivers

The SQL Anywhere JDBC 3.0 and 4.0 drivers provide some performance benefits and feature benefits compared to the pure Java jConnect JDBC driver, however, these drivers do not provide a pure-Java solution. The SQL Anywhere JDBC 4.0 driver is recommended.
