sqlany_bind_param ( $stmt, $index, $param )
$stmt sqlany_prepare の実行によって返された文オブジェクト。
$index パラメーターのインデックス。数値は、0 ～ sqlany_num_params() - 1 の間である必要があります。
$param sqlany_describe_bind_param から取得された、設定済みのバインドオブジェクト。
成功した場合はスカラー値 1、失敗した場合は 0 を返します。
