指定した年、月、日に相当する日付値を返します。引数は -32768 ～ 32767 の SMALLINT です。

smallint-expression1 年。
smallint-expression2 月の数。月が 1 ～ 12 の範囲外である場合は、年が相応に調整されます。
smallint-expression3 日の数。任意の整数を指定でき、それに応じて日付が調整されます。
