网络状态通知

网络状态发生变化时，NETWORK_STATUS_NOTIFICATION 类型的消息将被发送到系统队列。其到期时间为一分钟。无法更改此到期时间。

当设备进入网络覆盖范围内或处于网络覆盖范围之外时，会有一条消息发送到系统队列，其中包含以下信息：

ias_Adapters 字符串。可用于连接到 MobiLink 服务器的网络适配器列表。此列表用竖线分隔。此属性可以读取但不得进行设置。请参见：
ias_RASNames 字符串。可用于连接到 MobiLink 服务器的网络名列表。此列表用竖线分隔。请参见：
ias_NetworkStatus 整型。网络连接的状态。如果已连接，则值为 1；否则，值为 0. 请参见：
