在同步前提交所有更改

同步 UltraLite 数据库时，它不能有未提交的更改。在尝试同步 UltraLite 数据库时，如果在任意连接中有未提交的事务，则同步失败，同时抛出异常，并给出 SQLE_UNCOMMITTED_TRANSACTIONS 错误。此错误代码也在 MobiLink 服务器日志中显示。
