You can store your ODBC data source information in a file using the ODBC Data Source Administrator.
Prerequisites
To successfully create a file data source, you must be able to establish a connection to the database for which you are creating the file data source.
Context and remarks
Storing user IDs, encrypted or unencrypted passwords, and database keys in a data source is not recommended.
Click Start » Programs » SQL Anywhere 16 » Administration Tools » ODBC Data Source Administrator.
Click the File DSN tab.
Click Add.
On the Driver list, click SQL Anywhere 16.
Click Next.
Follow the instructions in the Create New Data Source Wizard.
Click OK.
Click OK.
