This option controls whether the database server can write to files on the client computer. On means writing is allowed. Off
means writing is not allowed. Prompt means prompt the user for the action to take.
This option is stored on a per-connection basis and persists only for the duration of the connection. You can set this option
using the SET TEMPORARY OPTION statement. If you omit the TEMPORARY keyword, Interactive SQL reports an error.
You must have the WRITE CLIENT FILE system privilege to write to a file on a client computer.
