OData Server utility (dbosrv16.exe)

Starts the embedded HTTP server and hosts OData Producers.

Syntax

dbosrv16 properties-filename

Option	Description
properties-filename	Uses the options specified in the configuration file to set up the database connection.

Remarks

The OData Server utility contains both the Servlet implementation and the components necessary to launch its own HTTP server.

Use the OData Server Stop utility and then restart the OData Server or OData Producers to make changes to the database schema so that the changes can take effect and become visible to OData clients.

The OData Server utility can be launched as a service by running the dbsvc utility with the -t OData option specified.
