DBSC_CANCEL_OK_QUEUED	Canceled a synchronization that was in the wait queue.	1
DBSC_CANCEL_OK_ACTIVE	Canceled an active synchronization.	2
DBSC_CANCEL_FAILED	Failed to cancel the synchronization.	3
