Following is a list of enhancements to the MobiLink server utilities introduced in SQL Anywhere version 12.0.0.
New mlarbiter utility The new mlarbiter utility is used to start the MobiLink arbiter server. The arbiter is required when using server-initiated synchronization with a MobiLink server farm. See MobiLink Arbiter Server utility for Windows (mlarbiter).
