This page allows you to specify a MobiLink user name and password to be used by the MobiLink client when connecting to the MobiLink server. The user name and password do not need to match any database account.

What MobiLink user and password you want to use Choose from the following options:
Use these Choose this option to specify a MobiLink user and password to be used by the MobiLink client when connecting to the MobiLink server. See MobiLink users.
MobiLink user Type the MobiLink user name you want to use to connect the MobiLink client to the MobiLink server or click Browse to select an existing MobiLink user. See MobiLink users.
MobiLink password Type the password for the user name you specified.
Register this user in the consolidated database Select this option if you want the specified MobiLink user to be registered for the MobiLink server at the consolidated database. See MobiLink User Authentication utility (mluser).
Use macro values appropriate for remote tasks Select this option if you are deploying the synchronization model to create SQL files for remote tasks. The macros are replaced with the appropriate MobiLink user and password being used by the MobiLink Agent when the SQL is executed on the remote device. See Variables in parameters.
