Sample Range Properties window: General tab

The General tab of the Sample Range Properties window provides an overview of what the synchronizations were doing over the selected sample range, using high-level categories.

This tab has the following components:

Samples Shows the range of the samples selected, by sample number.
Start time Shows the time of the first sample in the range.
End time Shows the time of the last sample in the range.
Index The index is a number assigned to each category.
Property Shows the category name, which is based on the resource being used, and the action being performed. The categories are as follows:
- network-uploading Synchronizations in sync_request or receive_upload phases.
- network-downloading Synchronizations in sending_download phase.
- idle-queued_for_database Synchronizations in get_db_worker or get_db_worker_for_download_ack phases.
- database-running_event_scripts Synchronizations in phases where event scripts are running in the consolidated database.
- remote-waiting_for_ack Synchronizations in wait_for_download_ack phase.
Average Shows the average number of synchronizations in each category during the selected range.
Percent Shows the percent of synchronizations in each category during the selected sample range.
Maximum Shows the maximum number of synchronizations in each category during the selected sample range.
