Upload Padding   Specify the padding packet size.

Specify a padding packet size to set the maximum transmission unit (MTU) size, which can reduce latency when requests being uploaded via the RSOE channel are far apart. The default value is 1460 bytes, which is the optimum MTU size of (typically) 1500 bytes, less 40 bytes for TCP and IP overhead. To turn padding off, clear Optimize data stream to reduce latency.
