OEE1006: The Outbound Enabler does not recognize 'AVAILABLE=%1' in the response to the backend server status ping to http://%2:%3/%4. Valid values are 1, T, TRUE, ON, 0, F, FALSE and OFF. Pinging again

Error constant OEE_BE_STATUS_PING_FAILED_PARSE_AVAILABLE_VAL
Parameter 1 The value taken from AVAILABLE=value
Parameter 2 Backend server host specified by the -cs host parameter
Parameter 3 Backend server port specified by the -cs port parameter
Parameter 4 Backend server status url specified by the -cs status_url parameter
