Create a publication using the SUBSCRIBE BY clause.
Prerequisites
You must have the SYS_REPLICATION_ADMIN_ROLE system role.

In Sybase Central, use the SQL Anywhere 16 plug-in to connect to the consolidated database.
In the left pane, double-click Publications.
Click File » New » Publication.
In the What Do You Want To Name The New Publication field, type a name for the publication. Click Next.
Click Next.
In the Available Tables list, click a table. Click Add. Click Next.
On the Available Columns tab, click the table's icon to expand the list of Available Columns. Click each column you want to publish and click Add (use Ctrl-click to select multiple columns at a time). Click Next.
Click Next.
On the Specify SUBSCRIBE BY Restrictions page:
Click a table in the Articles list.
Click Column and click a column from the dropdown list.
Click Finish.
