Allow the users specified in the semicolon separated list of user IDs to use standard authentication. At most 5 user IDs can
be specified.
This option is useful if the login_mode option does not include standard authentication and the user cannot authenticate using
alternate means. Users with full DBA privileges can always authenticate using standard authentication.
