Dropping a dbspace (SQL)

You can drop a dbspace using the DROP DBSPACE statement.

Prérequis

You must have the MANAGE ANY DBSPACE system privilege.

Before you can drop a dbspace, you must drop all tables and indexes that use the dbspace.

 Task

  1. Connect to a database.

  2. Execute a DROP DBSPACE statement.

Résultat

The dbspace is dropped.
