Setting the refresh frequency

By default, Sybase Central refreshes the information it displays every 10 seconds. You can configure the refresh frequency.

There are no prerequisites for this task.

Contexte et remarques

Refreshing checks the status (started or stopped) of each Windows service, and updates the Status column to display the current state. In addition, Sybase Central refreshes the dynamic objects such as connections and locks, as well as the dynamic properties of events and maintenance plans.

 Task

  1. In Sybase Central, click Tools » SQL Anywhere 16 » Preferences.

  2. Click the Automatic Refresh tab.

  3. Click Enable Automatic Refreshing.

  4. Specify a time interval in the Refresh Every X seconds.

  5. Click Apply.

  6. Click OK.

Résultat

The refresh frequency is altered.
