Calling this method causes the appropriate routines to be included in the application and increases the size of the application
code.
You can use this method in C++ API applications and embedded SQL applications. You must call this method before the Synchronize
method. If you attempt to synchronize without a preceding call to enable the synchronization type, the SQLE_METHOD_CANNOT_BE_CALLED
error occurs.
