This method supports any X.509 format that the Java Runtime Environment on the platform allows. The JKS KeyStore type for
storing root certificates is used by J2SE, and the BKS KeyStore is used by Android smartphones.
This method can only be used on the J2SE platform, and Android smartphones.
Certificates are used according to the following rules of precedence:
If this method is called, then the certificates from the specified file are used.
If this method is not called and certificates were set in the database by the ulinit or ulload utilities, then those certificates
If certificates are not specified by either this method or by the ulinit or ulload utilities, and you are on Android, then
certificates are read from the operating system's trusted certificate store. This certificate store is used by web browsers
when they connect to secure web servers via HTTPS.
