subject 接收消息主题的缓冲区。（以空值终止）
subjectSize IN：主题缓冲区的大小。
OUT：所接收主题的大小，包括空终止符，其中零表示空主题。
content 接收消息内容的缓冲区。（以空值终止）
contentSize IN：内容缓冲区的大小。
OUT：所接收内容的大小，包括空终止符，其中零表示空内容。
