getLastDownloadTime 方法

Date Connection.getLastDownloadTime(String pub_name) throws ULjException

pub_name 要检查的发布的名称。要返回全部数据库的上次下载时间，此参数必须引用单个发布，或必须是特殊 Connection.SYNC_ALL_DB_PUB_NAME 发布。

上次下载的时间戳。
