void StreamHTTPParms.setExtraParameters(String parms)
parms 协议选项的分号分隔的列表。
这些选项将附加到由源于此类方法的设置而构建的列表中。
由此方法设置的选项将替换由其它方法设置的选项。例如，如果额外参数包含 "host=abc"，且调用了 setHost("xyz") 方法，则主机选项为 "abc"。
